Reclaiming the Values of the Greatest Generation (An Exercise in Abundance Mindset) & ‘Trump and Tate’ Top-Gs—Remembering My Grandfather
It has dawned On Me that My Grandfather’s Generation valued Abundance and Wealth as Worthy Ideals, and this was part and parcel to the Prosperity They wished for Themselves and Their Communities. And They were not naive People.
My Grandfather was In the Canadian Army Fighting the Highly Trained Veteran German Soldiers in Sicily and Southern Italy—Having Fought-In and Survived the Intense Battle For Ortona with House to House Fighting and what They called “Mouse-Holeing” (which was shooting and throwing grenades through Holes in the Wall into the next Room with German Soldiers in It).
And He Did this at the Age of 16!
Imagine When You were 16, would You have been able to pull through a World War in the most intimate and intense manner possible at this Age. He Did.
And then He came back to Wallaceburg Ontario to Marry My Grandmother and He went through and finished His High Schooling in One Year before going to The University of Western Ontario (as I would 70 Years Later) for Medicine to become a Doctor. Once He was established as A Doctor, He and a Group of Respected, Professional and Well-to-do Gentlemen would invest and build Up the Small Town of Wallaceburg with generous and ambitious Real Estate Ventures and Builds [On Which He Ultimately did not gain a lot of return, but which greatly benefited the Community in My Small Home Town]. Almost Everybody in this town of a certain age knew and loved Dr. Bill Wilford and He Was The Last of Local Doctors to do ‘house calls’ on the nearby Indian Reserve.
I am now reading through many self help books from this era Napoleon Hill’s Think and Grow Rich, Dale Carnegie’s How to Win Friends and Influence, and Earl Nightingale’s The Strangest Secret [In the World]. What I have realized, glimpsing into the minds of These Men Who were contemporaries of My Grandfather. Is that They cared about Wealth, Abundance and Prosperity. And Not Just for Themselves but for Everyone.
Prosperity is nothing but a good thing, except when the opportunity for prosperity is denied to large swaths of the population. But back in that Day, sometime in the 1950s The successful Men were always searching, seeking to share Their success.
Prosperity is a blessing from God. And Remember that My Grandparents lived Through the Great Depression, so they Knew the poverty and limitedness of Want.
Yet When they gained abundance they sought to share it With Their Town, With Their Community.
And Believe It Or Not, I will tell You two Men of the Present Day Who Still Hold These Values, and You may hate My guts for saying it. But it is Donald Trump, and Andrew Tate. [If You get past the Opulence which is Just the Window Dressing and Clickbait which is, Unfortunately in Our Times, the Only Means of Advertising an underlying message of Good Quality (As I have learned in small degree on My YouTube Channel in branding)]—Both Trump and Tate [in Their Core Messaging] consistently express the Same Values of the Greatest Generation, which is this: “Get Rich So You Can Provide for Your Family and the World.” Simple, I have joined Tate’s telegram and He consistently badgers and goads Us on the channel to Work Hard, So That We can do good for Our families and each other. Not that Evil at all, Actually Pretty Well Decency and Integrity as far as I can see.
Trump Too just wants Americans to Be Successful, read His Books The Art of the Deal, and Think Big; He’s just outlaying His recipe and thought process for How He gained massive material success and pulled countless others along for the ride with Him.
This is Not Evil, it is the Patent for Goodness, Greatness and Success, [and when You have lived in poverty and been broke for long periods of time, You will Wish for Prosperity to return to Your Life too].
What the World Would benefit from is the Generosity and Love and Open Heartedness of these Good Men of Providence—That You can aim, strive and hope to be better Men. So thanks to Mr. Trump and Mr. Tate, in earnest…
Believe and It Will Be Given to You. Believe You Will Be Successful Financially and Otherwise. As You Strive towards a Worthy Ideal in Your Life, You in this very moment become a Success apropos Earl Nightingale.
With This I Leave You, My Peace I Give You. Merry Christmas in the name of Jesus —Greg W. ‘Up and Coming Original G’
